Pukepine Sawmills and PurePine Mouldings are owned by Ken Tanner and his two sons Jeff and Paul. The Tanner family have been successfully involved in sawmilling for over 30 years.

For Ken it all started at a young age when his father owned and operated a mill near Te Kuiti (Central North Island, New Zealand). They say ‘when sawdust is in the blood’ it is certainly hard to get out!

Each of his four children, have been and some still are, involved in the business.

Jeff (Financial Controller and General Manager), Paul (Engineering) and Rachel (Sales) help to bring innovation, vision and drive to the company.
