As we process all our sawn boards on site, from milling, kiln drying, machining and treating, we can control quality sucessfully.

Here are some of our certification commitments that indicate the dedication we have to quality and safety on our sites.

We are ISO9001:2000 certified, which is an international certification for Quality Systems (certified since 1994)

NZDri certified, which is a New Zealand certification for quality systems for the kiln drying of timber.

Verification of Timber Grading, which is a ceritfication by Verified Timber Ltd of the company's quality system to meet the New Zealand/Australian Standards requirements of:

• AS/NZS1748:1997 - 'Production Requirements for Mechanically Stress Graded Timber'.
• AS/NZS4063:1992 - 'Timber - Stress Graded - In Grade Strength and Stiffness Evaluation'.
• NZS3622:2004 - Verification of Timber Properties'.
• NZS3604 - "Building Code Standards'.

NZTPC Woodmark, which is a certification by NZ Timber Preservation Council of the company's quality system for the preservation treatment of New Zealand Radiata Pine timber.

Phytosanitary Requirements, which is certification by Biosecurity New Zealand of the company's quality system for: -

• Phytosanitary inspections
• Phytosanitary treatments
• Phytosanitary documentation
• The registered certification mark (ISPM 15) for phytosanitary requirements for timber dunnage.

ACC's WSMP Programme, which is certification by the New Zealand Accident Compensation Corporation's Workplace Safety Management Practices to 'Secondary Level' for Health & Safety practices in the workplace.
